Staff Nurse

**Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**
Assist doctors during OPD consultations, minor procedures, and patient care.
Perform basic assessments (e.g., checking vitals, weight, height, and medical history).
Administer prescribed medications, injections, and dressings.
Educate patients on medications, post-treatment care, and follow-up instructions.
**Clinical Duties**
Prepare OPD rooms with necessary medical supplies and instruments.
Assist in sample collection, diagnostic procedures, and dressing changes.
Maintain infection control and hygiene standards.
Monitor patients for any adverse reactions and report to the doctor.
**Administrative Responsibilities**
Maintain patient records, case histories, and treatment notes.
Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology departments for patient services.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
**Emergency Handling**
Provide first aid and immediate care for emergency cases.
Assist in stabilizing patients before inpatient admission if required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
**Education**:
**Preferredp - GNM /ANM**
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)
**Skills**:
Basic nursing care and patient handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of OPD procedures and medical equipment
Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
