- Implementing measures to prevent the spread of infections within the healthcare facility.
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Participating in ongoing training and education to maintain nursing licensure and stay updated on best practices.
- Engaging in professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license issued by the appropriate regulatory body.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Working Conditions:

- The staff nurse may work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or community health centers.
- The role may involve working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The staff nurse may be required to stand for long periods and lift or move.
