4. Collaboration and Communication:
Work effectively with other nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
5. **Staff nurse should be ready to travel cities for treatment and dose administration of patients.**
Communicate patient progress, concerns, and changes to the healthcare team.
