**Description**
- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team.
- The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions to stabilize patients.
- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of infections within the healthcare setting.
- Work collaboratively with other nursing staff members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and improving healthcare processes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in nursing practice and maintain licensure.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
