**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **design development, concept planning, and working drawings** for real estate projects.
- Prepare **2D/3D models, layouts, and presentations** using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors during different phases of construction.
- Conduct **site visits** to ensure design implementation and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with **building bye-laws, codes, and local regulations**.
- Support senior architects in design proposals and client presentations.
- Contribute innovative ideas in **sustainable and modern design solutions** for residential and commercial spaces.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office**.
- Good understanding of **real estate project requirements**.
- Strong design sense, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Knowledge of **building regulations, approvals, and statutory compliance**.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech in Architecture / B.Arch from a recognized institute.
- 2-3 years of experience in **real estate / architectural design projects**.
