- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, feedback coordination, and offer rollouts.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an in-house or agency setup.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
