**Requirements**:
1. 1+ years of UX/UI design experience.

2. Should have experience in user-centered design (UCD), planning & prioritizing, conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.

3. Experience in creating user flows, storyboards, journey maps, Information Architecture, wireframes.

4. You will be expected to deliver UI mockups, Prototypes, MVPs and Final products.

5. Know how to use tools of the trade like Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.

6. Work closely with our customers/users for User Research Interviews & Surveys and translate research insights into your designs.

7. Communicate effectively with other designers, developers, tech leads, product managers, and other stakeholders.

8. Passionate about solving problems.

9. Proven work experience.

**Responsibilities**

1. Manage and execute the long and short-term goals & deliverables of the design team in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

2. Manage cross-team communications and collaborations with Product, Tech, and Business owners.

3. Multitasking with a portfolio of products.

4. Lead a strong feedback loop on the design process across the multifunctional teams.

5. Maintain and evolve the documentation and processes.

6. Create frameworks and heuristics for the Design team to operate within.

7. Mentor junior designers and guide them.

**Brownie Points**:
1. Graduate from a premium design school.

2. Familiar with front-end development practices.

3. Experience in a start-up environment before.

4. Experience in designing digital products for the US market.

**Note**: You should be available to work from the office (Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh), and join us immediately.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
