We're seeking a UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into seamless, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives, making design decisions backed by research and data. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong portfolio, and the ability to take ownership of the entire design process from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to define requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

  • Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate and refine design ideas.

  • Maintain design consistency by developing and applying style guides, design systems, and reusable components.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and accurate implementation.

  • Collect user feedback and analyze usage metrics to iterate and improve product usability.

  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and design tools.

Requirements

  • 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

  • Proficiency in design/prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive layouts.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS with an understanding of design-to-development workflows.

  • Experience conducting user research, usability tests, and iterative improvements.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work for web and/or mobile projects.

Additional Information

  • Probation Period: This role includes a 3-month probation period, after which performance will be reviewed for confirmation into the role.
