We're looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer** to join our team for a **full time position** in **Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh**. You will be responsible for the entire user journey, from understanding user needs to designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are not only beautiful but also functional and user-friendly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop user personas and user flows to map out the user journey
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
- Ensure UI elements are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and accessible
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and experience
- Proficiency in design software (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of UX principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and user research methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
