Description

We are seeking a
creative and passionate UI/UX Designer
to join our team full-time in
Bhopal
. The ideal candidate is experienced in
designing intuitive, user-centric digital interfaces
for both
web and mobile applications
. You should be comfortable working with modern design tools, collaborating in Agile teams, and maintaining consistent design systems. A strong understanding of
design thinking methodologies
and attention to detail are essential.

Competencies and Skills

Design Tool:
Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, CoralDraw

Technology:
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

Framework:
Design Thinking, Agile

Technical Skills

• Expertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, application of design systems, and UI design.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating a history of crafting phenomenal experiences.
• Mastery of critical tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other common design and prototyping tools.
• Passionate about Design Thinking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders, and especially to senior executives.
• Experience working directly with developers to ensure the successful implementation of a design specifications
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge with web development is a plus.

Functional Skills

• Hands on experience in designing B2B and B2C applications
• Hands on experience in designing world-class websites
• Hands on experience in designing product packaging
• Ability to work in an Agile environment

Job Responsibilities

• Create UI & UX design for the web and mobile applications
• Create clickable prototypes for the given design work
• Creating animations for the promotional videos
• Create digital content for the promotional videos
• Ensuring the application has followed standard design principle as designed
• Ensuring all the outside communications are gone through design principle guidelines
• Ensuring to create product packaging for B2C brand
• Ensuring to follow the best design thinking approach for the product, web and mobile app design
• Ensuring all the designs have gone through the peer review before given to the implementation team
• Design and implement design principles in the applications
• Create marketing content design for the digital and traditional publishing media
• Should be able to estimate the timeline for the given task
• Foster communication and collaboration between different teams
• Proactively stay close to emerging tools and capabilities and own the suite of tools/capabilities
• Ensure that the work is in accordance with established professional standards and remain abreast of emerging trends and best practices that can be incorporated into the function
• Supervise and monitor subordinates and their workings on a day-to-day basis, and supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within the Applications
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Reporting Manager
