**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate design concepts and solutions.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs that demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Continuously improve design processes and techniques, and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Requirements/Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Proficiency in prototyping tools such as InVision, Principle, Flinto, etc.
Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or ReactJS.
Understanding of human-computer interaction principles, user-centered design, and usability engineering.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Nice to Have**: Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video production.
Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Experience working with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
Experience with design thinking, ideation, and brainstorming techniques.
Certification in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

**Qualification: BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, BCA, MCA**
