**_Job Description _**:

- We are looking for a motivated and entry-level Junior System Administrator to join our IT team. As a Junior System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our organization's computer systems and networks.- _The Junior system administrator should also have the patience to contact various interdisciplinary teams and users. _
- _Your objective will be to make our technological infrastructure work smoothly and efficiently.- Roles & Responsibilities _
- _Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including laptop and desktop computers, routers, switches, printers, phones. _
- _Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting. Provide technical Support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter. _
- _Monitor performance and service systems according to requirements. _
- _Managing and configuring Internet Routers, troubleshooting issues related to Wireless and data networks like(LAN/WiFi) _
- _Perform IT Audit on all systems every quarter. _
- _Server Monitoring and administrating the cloud system through patches and service deployments. _
- _Create user accounts and give a brief tutorial on the ERP account and its features. _
- _Maintain the IT Asset records up to date with users' undertaking.**_Requirements _**:

- _Total work experience as Junior system administrator: 1 year(preferred). _
- _Able to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions. _
- _Effective communication with others, both verbal and written. _
- _Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 10).**_Benefits _**:
