Junior System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior system administrators in maintaining and troubleshooting servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues to prevent downtime or system failures.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software installations.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure it is up to date.
- Work with the IT team to ensure the security of the system and data.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in system administration.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
