Trust, transparency & dedication are important to the company. **Job description** Full time Stockbroking operations Trainee who is willing to learn and contribute in different areas of Back office operations to enable both self growth as well as growth of the firm. Initial period will be dedicated to on-job training, later followed by learning through hands on experience. A job at this level requires good team playing skills and: - Understanding the need & importance of compliance in stockbroking - Ability to understand and analyse complex information - Good communication skills - Good mathematical and IT skills - Zeal, confidence and decision-making ability - Calmness under pressure - Drive and determination - High attention to detail - Good judgement of risks - Honest and a trustworthy attitude **Responsibilities**: - Broaden knowledge of processes in the stockbroking operations by learning to execute Back office daily activities - Client onboarding & enablement in both the exchange & front office system including eKYC activities - Ability to understand, track and implement regulatory changes to cover Compliance activities - Co-ordinating and processing customer holding data to cover Depository activities - Monitoring of order/trade data, margins and position limits to cover RMS activities - Manage daily settlements of all segments to cover Order Settlement activities - Daily posting of bank payments & receipt entries - Record maintenance, accounting, data entry work - Fresher with MBA in any stream. MBA Finance/Operations preferred - Good all round academic performance - Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Fluency in English **Compensation & TnC** - Initial training period: 3-5 months - Stipend during training: Ten thousand per month - Bond tenure: 12 months (If service
