**Reporting To: Technical Supervisor/Manager**

**Job Summary**:
The **Technical Department Helper** will support the technical team by assisting in daily operations, performing basic technical tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. This role involves working closely with technicians and engineers, maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting in troubleshooting technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the technical team in daily operations and project tasks.
- Support technicians and engineers in setting up, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Help in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems.
- Maintain and organize tools, parts, and technical equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the technical work areas.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
- Follow company safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Provide administrative support, such as inventory management and ordering supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma/ITI or equivalent; technical diploma or certification is a plus.
- Basic understanding of technical tools, equipment, and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a technical environment is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects when required.
