**Position**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Cherlapally, Hyderabad
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential customers through **various sales channels** (showroom, test rides, corporate tie-ups, events, and digital leads).
- Conduct **product demonstrations and test rides**, highlighting the unique features and benefits of **Gravton EVs**.
- Explain **pricing, financing options, and government subsidies** applicable to EVs.
- Build and maintain **strong customer relationships**, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Follow up with leads, handle customer inquiries, and assist in **closing sales**.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve **sales strategies and customer experience**.
- Maintain accurate **sales reports and customer records** using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on **EV industry trends, competitor products, and market demand**.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree/Diploma** in **Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field**.
- **1-3 years** of experience in sales (preferably in **automobile or electric vehicle sales**).
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to explain technical aspects of EVs in a **customer-friendly manner**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with **field sales and travel**.
- Basic knowledge of **CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management**.
- Passion for **electric mobility and sustainability** is a plus.
