**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Admission Counselor / HR Admin will play a dual role in managing front desk operations while also providing HR administrative support. This position involves interacting with prospective students, providing counselling regarding admissions, and performing essential HR functions to support employee administration. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to handle student inquiries, admissions processes, and HR tasks effectively.

**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and students with a professional and welcoming demeanour.
- Provide basic information about the institution, its programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
**Student Admission Counseling**:
- Track and follow up with prospective students to ensure they complete their admission process promptly.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with the organization and coordination of admission events, open houses, and orientations.
- Assist in preparing admission-related documents, forms, and communications.
- Coordinate appointments for prospective students and ensure that all inquiries are handled promptly.
**HR Admin Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Onboarding & Documentation**:
- Support HR with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
**HR Administration**:
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
- Help prepare and organize HR-related reports, documents, and presentations.
- Support in the processing of payroll by ensuring attendance, timesheets, and other necessary documents are submitted on time.
**Employee Relations Support**:
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
**General HR Support**:
- Assist in recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screenings, and preparing interview materials.
- Help with the maintenance of HR software systems and databases.
- Assist with managing HR communications and employee notices.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, customer service, admissions, or HR administration.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (if applicable).
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws (preferably).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
