Develop and Implement M&E Framework: Design and implement M&E systems, tools, and procedures to track project activities, outputs, and outcomes.

Data Collection & Management: Collect qualitative and quantitative data from program activities, surveys, and other relevant sources. Ensure accuracy and reliability of the data.

Reporting: Generate timely M&E reports that provide insights into program performance, including progress towards goals, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to measure the impact of projects and identify trends, lessons learned, and best practices

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Field Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor and verify the quality and effectiveness of ongoing programs.

Collaboration: Work closely with program teams, donors, and partners to share findings and improve program implementation.

Capacity Building: Train staff and volunteers in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes as needed.

Impact Evaluation: Lead or assist in conducting impact evaluations of Atchayam Trust’s major projects, ensuring that evaluation findings are integrated into program designs and strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Present M&E findings to stakeholders, including trustees, donors, and government agencies.

**Required Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, Business Administration or a related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the nonprofit or social service sectoris an added advantage

**Technical Skills**:
Knowledge of monitoring tools, including logical frameworks and performance indicators.

**Soft Skills**:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English and Tamil.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Other: Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
