**Responsibilities**:
**Job Description Preparation**:Develop comprehensive job descriptions that clearly outline the requirements and responsibilities of healthcare positions, with a specific focus on UK Nursing experience.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, with a focus on UK Nursing.
- Familiarity with UK healthcare regulations and nursing standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
