Account Executive

1) Managing and recording purchase transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely.
2) Reconciling purchase orders, invoices and receipts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
3) Maintaining vendor accounts, processing payments and managing vendor relationships.
4) Generating purchase reports, analyzing data and providing insights to support decision making.
5) Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulations related to purchases.
6) Utilizing Tally and ERP systems to input, track and analyse purchase data efficiently.
7) Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to streamline purchase processes and improve efficiency.
8) Assisting in month end and year end closing activities, including preparing financial statements and reports.
9) Participating in audits and providing necessary documentation and support as required.
10) Staying updated on industry trends, best practices and software advancements to enhance accounting processes.
Overall as an Account Executive with expertise in Purchase entries, Tally, ERP systems, you will play a crucial role in managing purchase transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
