- Role: Overall responsibility for ensuring the integrity of all schedules prepared (and updated) by the Planning Department; hence to provide guidance to his team.
- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- To head up department and to build up an effective team.
- Overview of schedules on all major projects.
- Support / audit of schedules on minor projects.
- Ensure management are kept fully informed on critical / overdue activities.
- Worked with established construction management companies or contractors.
- Knowledge in Design, Procurement and Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Experience in environments which place great emphasis on planning, monitoring, scheduling and timely completion of the projects.
- High-rise building projects and Commercial Projects

SKILLS:
- Skilled in understanding all activities in project management which impact on the schedule.
- Detailed technical knowledge of the construction process.
- Ability to oversee projects concurrently.

Schedule:
- Fully conversant with relevant software - Primavera P6 / Sure Trak and MS Projects
- Expertise in various schedules:

- Master, Preconstruction, Design, Procurement, Construction, Tender / Contract restraints (for each Package), Fit-out, short term, What-if Conversant in WBS.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications: B.E. Civil / B.Arch + Nicmar

Minimum 10 Years of Experience Required.
