Job Title: Field Marketing Executive - Wooden Doors and Windows

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility in target markets
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and presentations of our wooden doors and windows to potential customers and contractors
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and interior designers
- Attend trade shows, home expos, and industry events to showcase our product line
- Create and deliver compelling product presentations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our wooden doors and windows
- Develop comprehensive sales reports and track market trends
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align field marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Required Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively
- Proven sales track record with demonstrated ability to close complex sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent public speaking abilities
- Deep understanding of architectural and construction market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

- Background in architectural products, construction, or interior design
- Experience in home improvement or building materials sales
- Knowledge of sustainable and high-end construction materials
- Strong digital literacy and social media marketing skills
- Technical understanding of wooden door and window manufacturing processes

**Requirements**:

- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Comfortable conducting presentations in various settings
- Capable of carrying product samples and marketing materials

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of field marketing or direct sales experience
- Professional sales certifications are a plus
