JOB PURPOSE - To handle day-to-day import and export activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Document filing, verification, submission in customs for shipping bill.
- Bill of entry of shipments. - Pre alert collection and submission to customers - Draft AWB, B/L, Invoice, packing list COO verification for pickup of Ex-works/FCA/CIF/DAP export and import shipments. - Follow up for timely pickup and deliveries of EXIM shipments - Freight negotiation with transport and freight forwarder - Import and Export bill verification and submission - MIS and Report preparation for management and day to day follow ups - Claim Export Incentives - Issue of COO need basis - EEPC/CoC

MEASUREABLE DELIVERABLES KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS - Negotiation skills - Documentation skills - Accuracy

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE - Graduate in any stream. Diploma/Degree in logistics/supply chain preferred.

ROLE LOCATION - The role is based in Gandhinaga

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
