**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets
- Monitor company expenses and prepare monthly expense reports
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment-related matters
- File GST, TDS, and other tax returns as per statutory timelines
- Support the audit process by providing required documents and data
- Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) for daily transactions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting or a related role (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
