**Job Title: Rooftop Solar Supervisor**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Site Assessment:

- Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the feasibility of rooftop solar installations.
- Evaluate electrical systems and recommend modifications for optimal solar performance.

2. Installation Planning:

- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive installation plans, considering

project specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and resources for each project.

3. Coordination with Clients and Contractors:

- Act as a primary liaison between the client and the installation team, ensuring clear communication of project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with contractors to schedule and coordinate deliveries, installations, and inspections.

4. Performance Monitoring:

- Implement monitoring systems to track the performance of installed solar systems.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for system optimization.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay informed about local, state, and national regulations pertaining to solar installations.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes and standards.

6. Client Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including installation logs and performance reports.
- Generate regular reports for management and clients on project status and performance.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in rooftop solar system installation.

3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, photovoltaic technology, and solar industry best practices.

4. Proficient in project management and team leadership.

5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

7. Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

8. Make basic Excel Reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
