Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for rooftop solar projects
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility assessments
- Present tailored solar solutions to clients, including system design, ROI analysis, and financing options
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure post-sale satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems and rooftop project dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits

Preferred Skills
- Experience with government tenders or subsidy programs
- Familiarity with net metering policies and DISCOM regulations
- Multilingual communication skills (regional languages a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
