Job Title : Site Surveyor - Rooftop Projects

Location: Shyamal Cross Road, Ahmedabad

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site surveys for rooftop projects, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation
- Assess structural integrity, roof accessibility, shading analysis, and potential obstructions
- Use surveying tools (e.g., laser distance meters, drones, GPS devices) to capture measurements and site conditions
- Prepare detailed site survey reports including photographs, sketches, and layout plans
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with project requirements
- Liaise with clients, building managers, and contractors to schedule and execute surveys
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes during site visits
- Maintain organized records of all surveys and update project tracking systems

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in site surveying, preferably in rooftop or solar projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying equipment
- Strong understanding of structural and electrical layouts for rooftop installations
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites

Preferred Skills
- Experience with solar PV rooftop systems
- Familiarity with drone-based surveying and photogrammetry
- Knowledge of local building regulations and safety protocols
