Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hospital services, appointments, and patient queries.
- Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, OPD/IPD services, and hospital facilities.
- Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
- Record and update patient details in the hospital system.
- Coordinate with various departments for quick resolution of patient concerns.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and service quality standards.
- Ensure a polite, empathetic, and professional approach while interacting with patients.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / HSC passed with relevant experience.
- Minimum **1 year of experience in the hospital/healthcare industry preferred.**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital software preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
