Cambay tiger is looking for the Call Center Executive role.

**Key Job Responsibilities:Inbound**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify and escalate priority issues for quick resolution.

**Outbound**:

- Use prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to make purchases.
- Collect and verify customer information.
- Generate potential customer leads.
- Perform data entry and maintain customer databases.
- Keep detailed records of telephonic interactions, orders, and customer accounts.

**Experience Required**:

- **Total Experience**: 1 to 3 years
- **Profile-Specific Experience**: Proven track record of meeting sales targets over the phone.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate or Graduate.

**Profile-Specific Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Clear and engaging voice tone over the phone.
- Strong persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of Call Center operations.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
