**Job Summary**

The **MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive** is responsible for managing and reporting data to support business operations. This role involves developing and maintaining information systems, generating reports, and managing hardware of computurs and accessories within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities1. Data Management & Reporting**
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various departments to generate reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time business monitoring.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while handling reports.

**2. Database & System Management**
- Manage and maintain company databases and MIS tools.
- Identify system inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance existing MIS infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

**3. Coordination & Support**
- Work closely with various departments to gather data requirements.
- Provide training and support to teams on MIS tools and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of new software and technologies.

**Educational Qualification**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Macros, Google sheets).
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Zoho, SAP preferred

**Soft Skills**
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with excellent coordination skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
