Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Listings**:Manage product listings on online platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and others.** Monitor and analyze website performance; track key metrics (conversion rates, **bounce rates, etc.).** Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement promotions, **campaigns, and offers.** Track and analyze competitor activity and e-commerce trends to identify growth **opportunities.** Follow guidelines for product uploads, SEO optimization, and visual content. Operations & Logistics**:Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.** Track and manage inventory — incoming stock, returns, and record-keeping. **Collaborate with vendors and raise purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely** availability of materials. **Maintain return logs and reasons for better service insights and improvements.** Follow up with COD and cart-abandoned customers to improve conversion rates. **Liaise with bulk customers and provide support to convert leads into orders. Customer Service**: Engage with customers to resolve service-related issues and ensure satisfaction and retention. **Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve queries efficiently. Finance & Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, and petty cash. **Prepare and verify bills before processing payments.** Generate invoices for online and vendor transactions. **Support finance reporting through sales reports and analysis of key financial metrics.**
