Grip International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh As a Store Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and handle queries.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary products.
- Manage cash transactions and handle the billing process efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to store maintenance.
