A hospital marketing executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a hospital's services and build brand awareness within the community, including managing advertising campaigns, social media presence, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to highlight unique specialties, while analyzing market trends and patient feedback to optimize marketing plans. Key responsibilities:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with hospital goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient demographics to identify target audiences.
- Create branding strategies to enhance the hospital's image and reputation.
- **Marketing Communications**:

- Develop compelling marketing content like brochures, website copy, press releases, and patient testimonials.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
- **Patient Acquisition and Engagement**:

- Launch campaigns to attract new patients and generate leads for specific services.
- Develop patient education initiatives to promote preventative care and health awareness.
- Manage patient feedback and satisfaction surveys to improve service quality.
- **Physician Relations**:

- Build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to promote hospital services and referral generation.
- Organize physician events and educational programs to strengthen partnerships.
- **Marketing Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular marketing reports for hospital leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and ethical considerations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
