Graphic Designer

**About Us**:
DD Hospital is a respected healthcare institution dedicated to providing top-notch medical services to the Nawada community and beyond. We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our visual communication efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website visuals, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design materials that effectively convey the hospital's services and values.
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the hospital's website and online portals.
- Produce graphics that adhere to design guidelines while infusing creativity and innovation.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve the quality of designs.
- Manage and organize design files, assets, and resources for easy access and retrieval.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that align with the hospital's branding.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand design requirements.
- Adaptability to changing design needs and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in healthcare or medical industry graphic design.
- Knowledge of designing for responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Familiarity with printing processes and requirements for various print materials.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Nawada, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
