**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with the hospital's branding and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure the website effectively communicates the hospital's services and values.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
- Optimize website performance for speed and usability, considering both desktop and mobile users.
- Ensure website content is well-organized, easily accessible, and SEO-friendly.
- Stay up-to-date with web design trends, user experience best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the website.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and address design or usability issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Website Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design projects.
- Proficiency in web design tools and software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of web development principles.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and functional website designs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand design requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in healthcare or medical industry website design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
