Claims Management
- Visit clients’ site as required to gain a thorough understanding of the claim
- Research and analyze clients’ policies and processes to understand the claim incident in detail
- Communicate with the client in consultation with the Team Leader, about different possibilities of claim settlement
- Ensure to understand all technical and financial aspects of the claim incident, and clarify queries from the client, as required
- Do necessary follow-ups with the client for documentation and the surveyor for assessment reports
- Escalate issues to the functional head / Team Leader as and when required
- Do necessary follow-ups with the insurance company for payment of claims and surveyor fees
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Maintain effective relations with all stakeholders involved in the claim settlement process - Client, insurance companies, surveyor, internal teams like sales
- Coordinate with sales to build strong client relations
- Respond to all stakeholder queries within TATs
Continuous Improvement & Process Automation
- Make recommendations on claim settlement process improvements
- Support in making recommendations for development of existing claims management system
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Engineering

3-4 Years
