The Customer Service Operator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Customer Interaction**: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, promptly and professionally.
- **New Customer Generation**: Generate new customers who might be interest in buying company products.
- **Demonstration Generation**: To generate demonstration of customers who are interested to buy products.
- **Appointment Confirmation**: To confirm the appointment of interested customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Documentation**: Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends to management for continuous improvement.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Data Entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
