**Qualification and Skill Requirements**
- **Male/Female with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B or fast-paced B2C environments.
- **Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms** including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Mailchimp.
- **Basic knowledge of SEO principles**, on-page and off-page optimization, and keyword strategies.
- **Strong communication and project management skills** to coordinate with multiple teams.
- **Analytical mindset with data fluency** to read dashboards, build reports, and derive insights.
- **Understanding of content strategy, branding, and buyer journeys**.
