**Job Summary**:Preparing Quotations & Follow-up with Customers for Purchase Order and Maintenance Contracts.

**Responsibilities**:Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers concerns.
- Preparing Quotations and Service Contract Agreements
- Following Up with Customers for purchase orders of Spares required by them
- Following Up with Customers for Service Contract Agreements Documents
- Uploading of Service Contracts on GE Healthcare Web Portal
- Inventory Management of Spare & Consumable Accessories Stock
- Preparing Purchase Orders
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Writing reports in SIEBLE and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

**Qualification **:A bachelor's / Diploma Degree.
- Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
- The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- The ability to remain professional under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
