**Job Summary**:
As a Ecommerce Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our e-commerce operations. This entry-level position is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and training in various aspects of e-commerce, including product listings, digital marketing, customer support, and order processing. You will work closely with experienced professionals in the field and gain valuable insights into the e-commerce industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Listing and Management**:

- Assist in creating and optimizing product listings on our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including images, descriptions, and pricing.

**2. Digital Marketing Support**:

- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.

**3. Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

**4. Order Processing**:

- Support order fulfilment processes, including order verification, packaging, and shipping coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels.

**5. Data Analysis**:

- Assist in analysing e-commerce data and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategies for business growth.

**6. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices and share insights.

**7. Training and Development**:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your e-commerce knowledge and skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
