- Manages company social media channels, including Instagram, Whatsapp, and other relevant platforms
- Responsible for effectively, efficiently, and promptly responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints received via call, whatsapp, Instagram and website to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Building relationships with existing and new customers.
- Generate sales for the organization

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Strong convincing skills
- Prior experience in sales / business development will be plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must be proactive.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
