Every sale, every channel, every customer touchpoint is a statement of our purpose: good food, made consciously, delivered seamlessly.Role Overview- As the Online & Q-Commerce Sales Manager / Senior Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Tatva’s products across digital and quick-commerce platforms. Your goal will be to make our products easily discoverable, desirable, and available to consumers online.- You’ll work closely with marketing, product, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless online presence, stock availability, and conversion optimization. This role demands someone with both a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in modern FMCG digital sales channels.Key Responsibilities- Onboard & Own online sales for Tatva’s FMCG products, with a focus on quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, Big Basket, etc.).- Manage listings, promotions, and campaigns to drive visibility, conversion, and revenue growth.- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create content, visuals, and messaging optimized for digital channels.- Monitor stock, supply chain, and fulfillment coordination to ensure availability and timely delivery.- Analyze sales data, platform performance, and consumer behavior to optimize strategy.- Build relationships with platform
