1. Preferably MBA/BBA in any Discipline with sound working knowledge of MS Office and 2-3 years’ Experience in Marketing of IT products. Customer Support activity is added qualification.

2. Sound knowledge in Customer Relation Management.

3. Should have proven track record in the analysis of customer requirements, product design concept and also project / product deployment.

4. Working knowledge on ISO requirements is an added qualification.

7. Positive attitude, fast in learning and judicious execution of assigned task, ability to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision, must be target oriented self-starter & goal achiever.

8. Fresher possessing mind set and skill set to opt for marketing /Customer service as their career to deploy high end IT products to State/Central Government, and public sector undertakings will be considered

1. Searching for prospective clients, exploring new business opportunities at our existing clients & doing marketing w.r.t. our various projects.

2. Preparation of proposals, PPTs & providing demonstrations at clients place & providing training to clients

3. Co-ordination with our Business partners to promote our projects.

4. Supporting the client officials in processing.tenders & auctions starting from creation of tender/auction & upto downloading of comparative statement/completion of auction & sharing the reports. This involves preparation of tender documents, bids & templates

5. Support to be given through telephonic mode, online mode & visit to concerned office if required.

6. Supporting bidder community through telephonic call & if required through online.

7. Submission of invoices & collection of bills.

8. Regular follow ups with departments w.r.t. new tenders & auctions

9. Visiting other locations if required. (Out Station travel)

10. Searching for prospective clients

**Experience**:
