Acknowledging the tickets within 20 minutes of receipt
Assigning the tickets and follow up with the Engineer / Vendor within 2 hours of acknowledgement of tickets and getting the ETA
Updating the client on the progress of the tickets without escalation
Processes, Compliance, Reports and Adherence
Internal Stakeholders management and Behavioral skills.
Internal escalations to the SDMs / Delivery head as needed.
Closure of the tickets as per the SLA and ensure Field support reports is updated.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- service desk: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
