As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary role will be to manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform various administrative tasks. You will ensure the front desk provides professional and friendly service to our clients, visitors, and staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- **Answering Phones**: Manage incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary, and taking messages when appropriate.
- **Visitor Management**: Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and notify staff of visitor arrivals.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and provide information about the company.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- **Cleanliness and Orderliness**: Ensure the front desk and reception area are kept clean and organized.
- **Security**: Follow security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of the premises.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
