- Logistic cum Customer Support Executive

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years in logistics

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree

**Key Responsibilities:

**Logistics Operations:

- **
- Coordinate dispatches from warehouse/factory to customers as per schedule.
- Plan and monitor shipments (inbound & outbound) and ensure timely deliveries.
- Closely work with transporters for vehicle arrangement and track shipments until delivery.
- Maintain and update dispatch records, GRNs, and logistics reports.
- Manage documentation like invoices, E-way bills, E-Invoice and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams for order execution.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Address and resolve shipment and delivery issues.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.

**Customer Support:

- **
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries regarding orders, dispatches, and complaints.
- Provide timely updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain customer master database and order history.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service.
