- We're looking for someone with deep understanding and understanding of entire Invoice to Cash (Receivables / Disbursements / Cash Apps)._
- Your expertise will be required to ensure that team members receive the best possible advice and solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will be required to interact and work with the client partners for all process/business knowledge related documents are updated periodically and team is made aware of the same in a timely manner._
- Should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement_

- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to I2C domain._
- _Manage and resolve basic inquiries associated with all aspects of Client Services and service delivery (e.g. output delivery, basic broking inquiries, etc.)._
- _Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of commercial insurance principles and practices._
- _Act as a liaison between clients and team members to ensure smooth communication related to updates, and inquiry responses received from client SMEs._
- _Maintain accurate records of client interactions and knowledge material_
- _Conduct monthly knowledge assessment tests and TNI (training need identification)_
- _Ensure all controls are followed, existing exceptions are reviewed, and duplicate policies are reported before processing any transaction._
- _Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _B. Com Graduation (MBA - Finance preferred)_
- _Demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation._
- _Proficient in English language
- _A strong attention to detail; analytical skills and the ability to multi-task are important_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Invoice to Cash_
- _Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)_

- _Should be a team player with previous work experience in an office environment required_
- _Client focused with proven relationship building skills_
- _Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision_
