**Summary**:
The Data Processing Executive is responsible for managing and processing data to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of information. This role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing data, as well as preparing reports and assisting in decision-making processes. The Data Processing Executive will work closely with other departments to streamline data operations and ensure the integrity of data across systems.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Attend to internal / Client queries and requests.

Help with client onboarding and offboarding process.

Updating business directories as per client requirements.

Data population in back-end sheet.

Data Health check.

Data Quality Assurance.

Participate in working projects or tasks aside from his core responsibilities.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Data Accuracy Rate**: Percentage of data entries free from errors.
- **Processing Time**: Average time taken to process and deliver data reports.
- **Report Timeliness**: Adherence to deadlines for regular and ad-hoc reports.
- **Error Rate**: Frequency of errors found in processed data.
- **Process Efficiency**: Improvement in data processing workflows and reduction in processing time.
- **Compliance Rate**: Adherence to data protection and security policies.

**Key Skills**:

- **Data Management**: Proficiency in managing and processing large volumes of data.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in data processing software and tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Sheets).
- **Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions for data-related problems.

**Requirements**:
Good communication (Verbal and Written)

Good computer operating skills

Basic experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Google sheet, Google Docs

**Plus points**:
Team-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
