**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights for process improvements.
- Handle customer verification tasks related to mortgage loans with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer verification tasks.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills particularly in the mortgage domain.
- Show ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Display strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

**Certifications Required**

Certification in MS Excel or related data analysis tools is preferred.
