**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
Assist customers in identifying their needs and guide them through product selection.
Provide detailed information about products, features, and benefits.
Answer customer queries and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

**Product Knowledge**:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products available in the showroom.
Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Offer recommendations and alternatives to customers based on their preferences.

**Showroom Maintenance**:Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange products in an attractive manner to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Monitor and replenish product displays as needed.

**Sales Assistance**:Assist customers in the purchase process, including product selection, pricing, and payment procedures.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.

**Customer Feedback**:Collect feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
Communicate customer feedback to the management team for continuous enhancement of the showroom experience.

**Administrative Tasks**:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Process customer orders and coordinate with the relevant departments for product availability and delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a showroom or retail setting.
Familiarity with the products on display is advantageous.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer skills for handling transactions and maintaining records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Attitude**:Positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
